Access to labour and social benefits using e-ID (Smart-ID/Mobile-ID)

The Estonian Social Insurance Board (ENSIB) provides a wide range of labour and social benefit services accessible through the national state portal with e-ID. Residents authenticate themselves through a personal identification number (PIN1) to access their personal social insurance dashboard. Residents can apply for pensions, disability benefits, parental leave, maternity benefits, and other family support programs. They digitally sign applications with PIN2, which creates legally binding qualified electronic signatures.
