Property ownership and transfer management using a national digital ID

Property ownership and transfer process in Eastern Africa remain complex and prone to fraud. This makes transactions insecure and reduces trust.

The proposed use case uses a national digital ID to simplify property management. It links digital IDs with property records to verify ownership and prevent fraud.

The platform allows users to list and sell properties. Buyers can verify ownership before they initiate a transaction. It records every transaction on a tamper-proof blockchain ledger. This creates a clear property history for audits and legal use.
