They authenticate their identity through OTP-based verification. The platform retrieves verified data from government registries to reduce manual data entry. Optical character recognition (OCR) tools digitize and verify supporting documents. The system routes applications to the department concerned for approval. Citizens track application status in real time, receive alerts, and download approved digital records securely. A multilingual chatbot guides the user through each step.
