Access e-government Services using Singpass

Singpass serves as the primary mechanism for to access government e-services. Singpass holders can select “Log in with Singpass” on a government website or mobile application and complete authentication through the Singpass app, with a 6‑digit passcode, device biometrics, or an OTP. Login with Singpass also acts as a single sign-on, which allows users to access various services across government agencies. In-person service counters also accept Singpass-based verification for faster service delivery.
