Access to healthcare services using Singpass

Singpass is the standard authentication method to access HealthHub, Singapore’s national digital healthcare platform for personal health services. Users authenticate through Singpass to view and manage sensitive health information, such as health records, vaccinations, test results, and medication-related details, and to book or manage appointments. Singpass users can book an appointment remotely or at clinics or hospitals. Since HealthHub stores sensitive personal health data, two-factor authentication has been mandatory for accessing it since 2017.
