e-Sign using Singpass

The ‘Sign with Singpass’ service allows individuals to digitally sign documents. Built on the Singpass ecosystem, it enables users to sign contracts and other agreements remotely through the Singpass app. Signatures created through ‘Sign with Singpass’ are legally recognized as secure electronic signatures under Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act 2010. They are legally binding and accepted by both government agencies and private organizations. Parties can sign documents instantly and securely without the need to be in the same place or sign physical papers.
