Civil Registry applications using PhilSys

The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) number enables the application of civil registry documents, such as certificates of live birth, no marriage, and death. The PhilSys registry verifies the identity of each holder against its records using biometric authentication through fingerprint scans or face verification for real-time matching. On successful authentication, the application is approved.
