SIM registration using NIK number

In Indonesia, residents submit their Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) and family card (KK) through SMS registration to their telecom operator, which then verifies the data against Dukcapil’s database through an API. The verification returns an instant Yes/No response. If matched, the SIM is activated; if not, the registration is rejected.
