Accessing employment and labour benefits using NIK and IKD

In Indonesia, the Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) and Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) app is used to access employment and labor benefits. NIK and IKD are used to verify beneficiaries’ identities during registration and deduplication, and to facilitate claims through Indonesia's Social Security Agency for the Employment Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) app. Beneficiaries complete face authentication, and the system performs 1:1 matching to confirm their identity. Upon successful authentication, beneficiaries can access employment and labor benefits.
