Access to the national digital health platform using CPF and gov.br

CPF serves as the primary unique ID to access the national digital health platform. It enables citizens to access their unified health record through the National Health Data Network (RNDS). The RNDS progressively connects public and private health providers; currently, more than 80% of Brazilian states and 68% of municipalities use RNDS data to organize health services and support public health planning.
